Tasting
Deep, brilliant garnet hue.
The expressive, precise nose opens with ripe black fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry), complemented by notes of sweet spices and a subtle hint of vanilla.
On the palate, the attack is supple, almost velvety, giving way to a round, well-balanced mid-palate. The tannic structure is present but perfectly coated, giving it body without roughness. Still young, this wine already offers fine balance and promises to evolve beautifully. It goes well with red meats, particularly grilled beef or roast duck.

The cradle of Vignobles André Lurton, Château Bonnet is first and foremost a family home where tradition and ecological commitment come together in harmony. Nestled in the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers region, the estate promotes biodiversity with beehives, a henhouse, flowering fallows and orchards, while adopting biocontrol viticultural practices for some of its plots. Its fresh, expressive dry white wines reveal delicate notes of citrus and exotic fruit, perfect for accompanying seafood and oysters from the Bay of Arcachon. Its well-balanced red wines, with supple tannins, express all the richness and deliciousness of the fruit.
