Diane by Jacques Lurton
Blanc de Noirs | Sparkling Brut Nature
Vin de France
AOC Entre-deux-Mers
The new Vignobles André Lurton cuvée is named after Diane, an emblematic and poetic figure in the Château Bonnet grounds. Inspired by the Latin goddess, this white wine reveals elegance, purity, freshness and character, and a delicate nose characterised by notes of peach, citrus fruit, aromatic herbs and redcurrant. The palate is remarkably complex with outstanding aromatic power. Its charm and modernity are sure to delight all those seeking a new and interesting tasting experience.

Weather conditions
2020 was marked by very mild temperatures and contrasting precipitation: heavy spring rainfall was followed by an intense summer drought. The fairly mild winter led to early bud break. The summer heat gave way to cool nights in late August, ideal for ripening grapes.

Tasting
This 2020 Diane Sauvignon is a pale-yellow colour, interspersed with green and silver highlights.
The nose is intense from the outset, revealing passion fruit and tropical fruit notes. Powerful, complex aromas are confirmed with aeration, whereby white fruit notes (peach, nectarine) mingle with floral and passion fruit aromas. The overall impression is delicious.
Starts out beautifully, paving the way for an attractive and voluminous wine which coats the palate. Equally rich and full-bodied, it culminates in a lovely long aftertaste, where tropical fruit notes once again come to the fore.
